I am now working on a baby blanket and it is a GREAT pattern and SO EASY! If you can knit, purl, and do a yarn over, you’re all set. There is a row where you K2tog (knit 2 together), but if you can do a knit stitch and use YouTube, it’s no big deal. VERY easy to learn. Click here for the pattern! Here is a look at the blanket on the site I found it on. It’s SO PRETTY. Here are a couple of important tips from me – One, remember to K5 at the beginning and end of EVERY row. Two, don’t forget the last yarn over before the last K5 on Row 14. I forgot about 3 times now. The first time, I frogged it. Second time, I figured out how to add a stitch on the next row (YouTube to the rescue!). Third time, I added a stitch on the next row. Need to remember not to do that! The yarn I’m using is Bernat Softee Baby in the colorway “Blue Flannel.” It is soooo soft! Size 7 circular needles, too.
I need to have this finished by March, so I’ll post more pics once I’ve completed it!
